By accessing and using Vinello ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Vinello provides a wine cellar management system and AI sommelier services. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The App uses Artificial Intelligence to provide recommendations and descriptions. AI outputs may not always be accurate. You should verify important information independently.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
